Amal Al Ameri is the Senior Vice President of Group Finance at Mubadala.  She currently oversees the financial needs of the UAE Investments platform, mainly focused on the UAE Clusters portfolio.

Amal has worked in various finance roles across Mubadala and she played a critical role during Mubadala’s finance function transformation journey. She was instrumental in the establishment of the current finance function (including performance management, reporting, corporate governance) and the implementation of several financial systems within new and existing assets in the portfolio.  In 2013, Amal was seconded to AMMROC, as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, and to Healthpoint Hospital as the Acting CFO in 2018.

As well as being an active member of the Sanad Group’s Board, she has also served as a member of Al Yah Satellite Communication Company’s Board, Operations Committee, the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee (ARCC), and Injazat’s Audit & Risk Committee.

Amal is a US Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Zayed University.
