As Vice President – Contracts, Lucy provides contractual support to all functions of the company. She leads and supports contract negotiations with new customers and provides advice and support to the team on existing agreements. Lucy is actively involved in supporting the company and Sanad Capital in all board-related material and administration.

Lucy is also the company’s ethics and compliance representative. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that the company and its employees carry out their business in an ethical manner and in adherence to the company’s compliance program.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Edinburgh and is a qualified Scottish lawyer. Prior to joining Sanad Capital, she worked as a solicitor for Clyde & Co (previously Simpson & Marwick).
